There is a lot of love about La Locanda Del Ghiottone! La Locanda is conveniently located in Old City. The small one level building screams old school, authentic Italian. The staff in excellent and will always make you feel welcome and a part of the family. The food is brilliant - the gnochhi is one of the best I've had. The seafood has always been fresh and done to perfection. I have eaten here countless times and have never had a bad dish. BYOB & CASH ONLY

One of my favorite BYOB I have ever been to. Lots to love about this place: Location: Right in Old City. Walking distance from the blue line. Several parking garages in the area. Lots of bars around for a drink after dinner. Atmosphere: Small, family place with waiters and hostess who are hilarious and fun. They make you feel welcome immediately and you will absolutely be treated like family here. If they see you in there more than twice, you are treated like royalty. Food: Small but solid menu. They keep it simple and do everything right. Gnocci is the best in the city. BYOB and CASH ONLY

This place was amazing. Fair warning: it is cash only. But all the prices are fair, the staff warm and welcoming, and the food all made fresh and delicious. Would highly recommend.

Amazing food & friendly staff. Cute little place, a great place for a romantic dinner. They are BYOB & cash only, so plan ahead. But they did have an ATM on site, just a small fee.
